A Summit Township supervisor has unexpectedly passed away.
The township announced that Chairman of the Board Willie Adams has died.
In a statement on the township website Summit Township “extends heartfelt sympathy to the family, friends and residents of the unexpected passing of Supervisor and Chairman of the Board, Willie Adams.”
The board decided to cancel their monthly meeting; no makeup date has been announced or scheduled.
