The Supreme Court has rejected to hear an appeal filed about voting in Pennsylvania in a lawsuit that stemmed from two Butler County voters.
The suit was over two voters in Butler County who voted provisionally after their mail-in ballots were rejected.
The appeal was filed by the Republican National Committee, the state GOP and the Republican-majority election board in Butler County.
Last year, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Commonwealth court ruled the provisional ballots must be counted after the voters learned of the mistake.
