A group of Seneca Valley students recently helped out with a PA Fish and Boat Commission project at Moraine State Park.
With the assistance from seven teachers, seventh graders at Ryan Gloyer Middle School helped to build 40 fish habitats at Lake Arthur.
The structures will begin to grow algae which will attract insects, bait fish, and then larger game fish.
This community service project first began in 2019 but had to be postponed for the last two years due to pandemic safety precautions.
