The VA is offering technology help for veterans who need assistance in accessing the new login process.
The VA is launching a new Secure Sign-in process and the VA will be holding weekly events to help vets with the system.
The “Tech Tuesdays” will be held every Tuesday starting next week through all of January at the Abie Abraham VA. The staff will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Veterans should bring their phone, tablet, or laptop so they can access text codes and email. They should also bring their primary form of ID and two alternate IDs, like social security cards or a utility bill.
