The Slippery Rock University football team moved up two spots to #10 in the nation this week following their 42-21 victory over IUP Saturday.
Rock running back Khalid Dorsey was named the PSAC-West offensive player of the week after rushing for a career-high 123 yards and three touchdowns in the win.
The Rock has now had at least one player honored by the PSAC each week of the season so far.
Slippery Rock (5-0) will travel to Erie this week to meet the Mercyhurst Lakers (1-4) at 2pm. Hear the game on The Rock Station 97.7 beginning with the Coach Shawn Lutz Show at 1:30pm.
