Slippery Rock University sophomore guard Brooke Hinderliter has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division Athlete of the Week. In two games last week, Hinderliter averaged 21 pints and five rebounds. Through six games this season, she leads The Rock in scoring, rebounds and assists. Hinderliter is a Redbank Valley high school graduate.
