Three men have been charged after it’s alleged two men fired a gun at a local park.
Police were called to Porter Cove Park on August 16 after reported gun shots were heard in the area.
When police arrived on scene they discovered two vehicles with three people at the scene.
The three people were identified as 19-year-old Adan Langer of Cranberry, 19-year-old Jacob Westin of Evans City, and 18-year-old Jaxon Dennis of Zelienople.
Weston and Langer both admitted to police they fired the gun into a mulch pile while Dennis claims he did not. Langer and Weston were both charged with recklessly endangering another person, propulsion of missiles onto roadways, and disorderly conduct. Weston was also charged with firearms not to be carried without a license.
All three men were also charged with drug possession charges for marijuana police allege they had on scene.
