12 new cases of COVID-19 were reported Thursday for Butler County by the state Department of Health.
The county also added another 101 negative tests to their overall total.
Across the state, there were 781 new coronavirus cases and just under 15,000 negative tests. That brings the total number of cases to 98,446 since the beginning of the pandemic. There has now been 885,195 negative tests for the Keystone state.
16 additional deaths were reported, bringing the death toll to 6,973.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital is treating three patients for the coronavirus, with one in the ICU.
And the Department of Health says overall there are 652 patients in Pennsylvania hospitals being treated for COVID-19.
