There were eight new cases of COVID-19 reported by the state Department of Health Thursday.
That comes with 146 negative tests, giving the daily update a 5.2 percent positivity rate.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital is not treating any patients for the coronavirus. According to our reporting, the hospital has not had a day without any COVID-related hospitalizations since the beginning of the pandemic.
Statewide, there were 1,156 positive tests, 18 new deaths, and about 10,000 negative tests.
