There were 170 new cases of COVID-19 and nine additional deaths for Butler County on Thursday.
That now brings the county’s death toll to 195 since the beginning of the pandemic.
There were also 128 negative tests according to the Department of Health’s daily update.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 65 patients for the coronavirus, with seven COVID patients in the ICU. BHS also reported four additional deaths to the DOH on Monday and Tuesday.
Statewide, there were nearly 9,000 new cases and 306 additional deaths.
