Six new COVID-19 cases were reported Thursday for Butler County.
According to the state Department of Health’s website, there were a total of 160 tests were reported Thursday, which means about a 3.5% positivity rate.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating five patients for the coronavirus, with one in the ICU.
Overall the state reported 962 new positive tests along with about 13,000 negative tests.
16 new deaths were added to the state death toll, bringing the total to 7,079.
