Cranberry Township is moving forward with the latest plans to improve the Brush Creek wastewater facility.
The board of supervisors approved a $35 million project to upgrade the plant’s sewage treatment process.
Bids are now being sought for the project including general contractors, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
The project is also aided in-part by federal and state grants.
This is the latest upgrade project at the Brush Creek facility, which has undergone several updates in the last seven years.
