Crews were busy Thursday afternoon responding to a tractor trailer fire in Jackson Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 3:30 p.m. for a truck on fire in the 300 block of Evans Road.
Dispatchers say the tractor trailer hit a utility pole near the intersection with Ridge Road.
The fire was fully involved according to dispatchers. They were able to put out the blaze, but the truck was completely destroyed.
Crews remained on the scene for clean up for over two hours.
