Traffic was delayed this morning after a vehicle fire in the Armco Hill area.
Just before 6 a.m. Butler Township Police and Fire were called to Route 8 just north of Comfort Lane for a work van fully engulfed by a fire.
When police arrived on scene the driver of the vehicle 40-year-old David Hernandez of Hempstead, New York and five other passengers were able to escape the vehicle without injury.
Crews shut down the roadway for two hours as they worked to clear the scene and remove the vehicle.
