A state police officer from Mercer County is facing charges for forgery and tampering with records.
Our news partners at WPXI report that Jamhal Simon was arrested Wednesday following an investigation by state officials.
Trooper Simon is accused of altering military orders that he received during his time with the Ohio Air National Guard and also forging a signature.
He is currently suspended without pay and is facing misdemeanor charges.
