While the calendar says May, it surely hasn’t felt like it to start the month.
Yesterday, Butler resident dealt with cold and damp conditions. In fact, the National Weather Service says Tuesday was a record setting day.
The area reached a high of only 44 degrees—which was the coldest May 2nd ever recorded. The previous record was 47 degrees—set in 1897.
Another day of cooler temperatures are in store, with a high of only 47.
