There were 125 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday for Butler County.
That comes with 107 negative tests, giving the Department of Health’s daily report a 53.9 percent positivity rate.
There were no new deaths added to the county’s total today.
As of Monday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 32 patients for the coronavirus, with five in the ICU.
Overall, the state added 5,900 new cases, 30 additional deaths, and about 15,000 negative tests.
State Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine is scheduled to talk at 1 p.m. today and is expected to introduce targeted efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19.
