There were 144 new cases of COVID-19 and three additional deaths for Butler County on Tuesday.
That comes with 101 negative tests, giving the daily update from the Department of Health a 58.2 percent positivity rate.
And according to the DOH, the county’s death toll from COVID is at 150.
However, at a statewide and local level, hospitalizations continue to remain stable. As of Monday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 50 patients for the coronavirus, with 11 COVID patients in the ICU.
Statewide, hospitalizations remain just above 6,000 with just over 1,200 patients in the ICU for COVID.
There were just under 8,000 new cases statewide and 231 additional deaths.
