Rates on the Pennsylvania Turnpike will be increasing again beginning this Sunday.
Tolls for both EZ Pass users and cash customers will go up six percent on January 5th.
This marks the 12th straight year that turnpike tolls have increased. In the last five years, EZ Pass rates have gone up 44 percent, while drivers who use cash have paid 56 percent more.
Turnpike officials say they intend to make the road completely cashless by 2021.
