The Turnpike is making some updates to its AI technology “Miles.”
The virtual assistant will now offer both English and Spanish chatbots for customers.
It will also give live road conditions and update to the website.
Turnpike officials say Miles was created to allow people to get Turnpike information without scanning through the website.
