Two people are dead following a shooting at a park and ride in Muddy Creek Township.
Police were called to park and ride located on Route 19 at Route 422 Monday night around 5:30 p.m.
When they arrived, police found a 28-year-old woman lying on the ground and bleeding. They also discovered a 31-year-old man inside a vehicle, who also had gunshot wounds. The coroner pronounced both people dead at the scene.
Both individuals were from Pulaski, Lawrence County. However, police did not reveal their identities.
The shooting shut down Route 19 for hours. Police did not reveal any more details on what led to the shooting or if there are any suspects.
They did say an investigation is pending.
