One person was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after a crash yesterday afternoon in Cherry Township.
The one-vehicle accident happened just after 4 p.m. on Branchton Road, about a quarter-mile from the intersection with Route 308.
Dispatchers say a vehicle collided into a tree. Crews arrived on scene and found one woman who was not moving, but breathing. There was also another person with a leg injury.
A medical helicopter was called and took the woman to a Pittsburgh hospital. The other individual was taken by ambulance to Grove City Hospital.
Both were described as being in stable condition.
A portion of Branchton Road had to be closed for crews to clear the scene.
