Two Butler men are in the Butler County Prison after getting into a brawl in a convenient store bathroom in Butler Township.
Police were called to the Sheetz on Center Avenue Monday just before 3 a.m. for a fight between five people.
According to charging documents, the victim claimed 23-year-old Damian Blystone followed him into the bathroom and confronted him about a prior incident while holding a switchblade.
At this point two other men with the victim and 40-year-old Sean Young entered the bathroom and that is when the fight began.
Young and Bylstone would attempted to flee the store but were stopped by police.
Blystone was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and terroristic threats. His bail was set at $100,000.
Young was charged with simple assault, marijuana possession, and two DUI’s. His bail was set at $10,000.
A preliminary hearing for both was scheduled for July 30.
