Two people were seriously injured in a crash Wednesday evening near Evans City.
The accident happened around 8:20 p.m. on Mars-Evans City Road near the intersection with Marburger Road.
Details are not clear on the crash, but emergency crews arrived to find a motorcycle crash and two people on the ground.
Emergency personnel say that one of the victims had a broken leg and another was in-and-out of consciousness.
Two medical helicopters were called, however could not fly due to weather.
The two victims were then taken to a Pittsburgh trauma center for their injuries.
A portion of Mars-Evans City Road was shut down for hours as crews cleared the scene and police investigated the accident.
