An event next week in neighboring Lawrence County will help veterans learn more about possible benefits.
It will happen next Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lawrence County VA on New Butler Road in New Castle.
Officials from the VA will present information on enrollment, different services, and also do toxic exposure screenings for enrolled veterans.
No preregistration is necessary, but veterans are asked to bring a copy of their DD-214.
