An event later this week at the VA will bring attention to Suicide Prevention Month.
The VA is hosting the “Walk to Remember” this Thursday at the Abie Abraham Health Center on North Duffy Road.
The event will offer support services and a chance to connect with other veterans.
The walk will start at noon, but there will also be food trucks, a farmers market, and other resources for vets.
Veterans, families, and caregivers are invited to attend.
