A man from Valencia is facing multiple charges after he allegedly drove through a local park while under the influence.
Police were called to the Adams Township Community Park around 4:30 p.m. back on Friday, July 21st for a vehicle that crashed into the War Memorial at the park and was trying to leave.
Police arrived and found 59-year-old Westbrook Perry in his pickup truck near the splash pad at the park.
Police say Perry smelled like alcohol and they found an open can of beer in his vehicle. According to the criminal complaint, there were “a large amount of people” at the park during the incident.
It was just four hours earlier when police pulled Perry over for another incident where he was found to also be driving under the influence.
Police took Perry into custody after the second incident and booked him in the Butler County Prison.
