Shane Van Gisbergen continued his road course dominance of this season’s Nascar Cup Series season with the win Sunday at Watkins Glen. Van Gisbergen won his fourth race of the season. He now has five victories in only 38 career starts at the Cup level. Van Gisbergen also joined 2020 series champion Chase Elliott and Hall of Fame driver Jeff Gordon has the only drivers to win four consecutive Cup Series road or street courses.
The drivers head to Richmond this Saturday night.
