Local job seekers are invited to take advantage of a virtual opportunity coming up later this week.
Companies and organizations in Butler, Beaver, and Allegheny Counties are teaming up with the Job Corps to host a Virtual Job Fair on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A total of 55 employers are expected to be available and looking to fill positions starting with healthcare from 8:30 to 10 a.m. followed by an hour of Education, Non-profit, Childcare, and Training. Those looking for jobs in the fields of Finance/Banking, Tech/IT, Legal, Marketing, and Sales should plan to log in from 11 a.m. to noon. Next will be employers in the areas of retail, food, tourism, and hospitality until 1 p.m. with the last hour devoted to manufacturing and construction jobs.
