Local residents still have the opportunity to get the COVID-19 vaccine in their homes through VNA/Lutheran Senior Life.
A partnership with the Butler Health System allows for the VNA to administer shots to homebound individuals who cannot get to a vaccination site.
So far, the VNA has administered over 200 first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to community members.
Those who would like to participate should make an appointment by calling the VNA’s number at (724) 282-6806 and choosing option 8.
