A native of Volant has been arrested on charges connected to the death of a man involving drugs.
According to the Grove City Police, 32-year-old Brandon Bowers will face charges including Murder of the Third Degree, Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Involuntary Manslaughter, and Reckless Endangerment.
This arrest comes as a result of a year-long investigation into the death of 33-year-old Michael Herndon in July of 2019.
Bowers will be held in the Mercer County Jail pending court action.
