Volunteers are needed later this week to participate in training for a local attraction.
“Gristmill Greeter Volunteer Training” will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesday at McConnells Mill State Park.
Those interested are asked to register on the DCNR Calendar of Events and will be asked to commit to one day a week during the 2023 season.
The 19th century gristmill will open for the season on Thursday every Wednesday through Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Admission is free.
