Crews were busy repairing a water main break that impacted parts of the West End in Butler over the weekend.
Pennsylvania American Water crews began the work Friday afternoon on 5th Avenue in the City of Butler.
However Saturday afternoon around 12:45 p.m., there was a massive break that led to a geyser of water exploding out of the roads.
Residents experienced low water pressure, some discoloration, or some homes lost water completely.
Crews took hours to make the repairs.
