Construction of a new water main in a portion of the City of Butler will begin soon.
Pennsylvania American Water announced that they will start upgrading a water main along North Elm Street on Monday.
The project on North Elm St. will take place in between East Locust and East Jefferson Road.
Officials also announced a water main replacement for Morton Avenue—although work won’t begin until late June.
Residents could see temporary service interruptions, discolored water, and/or lower than normal water pressure.
