The Daytona 500 will air on WBUT Sunday beginning at 1:30pm, but coverage of the “Great American Race” begins tonight. WBUT will carry a “NASCAR Live” show doubleheader from the Motor Racing Network. Beginning at 6pm, MRN will present “A Date With Daytona” — which will review past races at Daytona that were run on February 15th — the date of this weekend’s race. Then at 7pm it is the regular “NASCAR Live” show.
WBUT will carry the Daytona Duel qualifying races from MRN Thursday beginning at 6pm. The Duel is the twin races which determine the field for this Sunday’s Daytona 500 – which will also air beginning at 1:30pm that afternoon.
