Allegheny County is the latest area in Western Pennsylvania to have a positive test of West Nile virus in mosquitoes.
The Allegheny County Health Department announced seven neighborhoods will be sprayed following the positive tests.
That now means West Nile has been confirmed in Butler, Beaver, Lawrence, Indiana, Mercer, and Washington counties.
However, there have still been no confirmed cases in humans.
