Penn State has dismissed two players from their team for violation of team rules. The players include junior linebacker Manny Bowen, who started nine games this season and had 51 tackles. Penn State also dismissed Irvin Charles, a wide receiver and return specialist. The Nittany Lions meet Washington in the Fiesta Bowl Friday.College Football:
