Butler County’s Wingfest is the latest event to be canceled due to COVID-19.
Event organizers were hoping to hold the event at the end of this month, but ultimately decided to cancel yesterday.
The annual Wingfest is typically held in June every year at the Beacon Hotel in Renfew. The competition features restaurants from all across the area and gives people a chance to vote on the best overall, hottest, and most creative chicken wing.
Organizers say if you bought tickets, you should visit the location where the tickets were purchased for a refund.
