A woman is in custody in Butler after allegedly breaking into a home and eating cereal.
Police were called to a home on Eau Clare Street in late May for criminal trespassing. The caller informed police that the suspect is alleged to have broken into the home and was eating Fruity Pebbles in the kitchen.
After being told to leave the intruder left through a kitchen window.
Police later found the alleged suspect 31-year old Tori Zaborowski on back porch in the neighborhood. Zaborowski is accused of being under the influence of drugs.
She has been charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness.
