A woman is facing charges after throwing an ashtray and sending one person to the hospital in the City of Butler.
On Saturday just before 2 a.m., police were called to a home on the 300 block of Hazel Avenue for domestic incident.
When officers arrived, they spoke with the victim who said 23-year-old Mya Hubbard of the state of Indiana threw an ashtray and hit the victim in the face. She also allegedly bit the victim, and punctured the victim with a “bladed object.”
The victim was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for their injuries.
Hubbard has been charged with aggravated assault and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
