State Police are asking for help in an investigation into a woman that allegedly posed as a nurse at numerous health care locations.
In April, police in Washington County pulled over 39-year-old Shannon Womack of Pittsburgh for a traffic violation. During their interaction, police found Womack had several aliases and warrants out for her arrest in several states.
Womack is now accused of using false identities across the United States to work at nursing home facilities.
State police are now asking healthcare agencies to check records to see if one the following aliases in their records.
- Shannon Nicole Parham
- Shannon Nicole Abiola
- Shannon Nicole Armstrong
- Shannon Abiola-Parham
- Shannon Nicole Grimes
- Shannon Nicole Womack
- Shannon Nicole Lawson
- Shannon Nicole Lethco
- Shannon Nicole Robinson
- Shannon Lee Lawson
Womack is facing several charges related to identity theft and been placed in the Washington County Prison as she awaits a preliminary hearing.
