Police have charged a Butler woman after she allegedly assaulted an officer after being told to leave a property.
On July 19, police were called to a home on Herman Road for alleged domestic dispute.
Police say 47-year-old Tasha Darrah went to an ex-boyfriend after being told not to return many times. When officers arrived on scene, they placed Darrah under arrest.
As they were placing handcuffs on Darrah it’s alleged she resisted arrest and kicked an officer in the groin.
She was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and resisting arrest and placed in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 29.
