A woman is in custody for allegedly stabbing a man in the City of Butler.
It happened last Monday, February 22nd, around 11:40 p.m. at a home in the 300 block of Second Street on Institute Hill.
When police arrived, they found Philip LeFevre laying face down with a significant amount of blood on the floor. While searching the home, police found his wife, 52-year-old Dhana LeFevre, sitting in a bedroom.
Philip LeFevre was flown to Pittsburgh hospital to be treated for his injuries. He was released a few days later.
Detectives completed their investigation yesterday, and charged Dhana LeFevre with attempted homicide and felony aggravated assault.
She was placed in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bond.
