A Butler woman has been placed in the Butler County Prison after she allegedly sent nude photos of her children to strangers.
After several online tips, police began investigating an online dating account. Through the IP address police were able to connect the account to 31-year-old Abby Kummer.
Kummer allegedly sent photos of her young children to people she was talking to on the app “MeetMe.”
According to charging documents, when interviewed by police Kummer admitted to creating and sharing the material.
Child and Youth Services removed the children from the home and placed them with their father.
Kummer is facing several charges including unlawful contact with a minor, sexual exploitation of children, and dissemination of if child sex acts. She was placed in the Butler County Prison on nonmonetary bail.
