An Armstrong County woman accused of killing four children pled not guilty in court yesterday.
Police charged 39-year-old Jessica Mauthe with criminal homicide, involuntary man slaughter and four counts each of concealing the death of a child and abuse of a corpse.
The charges were first filed back in September after three baby corpses were found in her Cadogan Township home following her eviction. A fourth baby was found later during the investigation.
Yesterday in front of Judge Gary DeComo, Mauthe pled not guilty and charges against her were held for court.
Mauthe was denied bail in September, a formal with the Common Plea’s court date has not officially been scheduled.
