Crews were on the scene of a crash last night on Route 422 in Armstrong County.
The accident happened around 6:15 p.m. just across the county line on Route 422 in West Franklin Township, near Worthington.
Details on the crash are unclear, but dispatchers say one woman was initially entrapped. She suffered injuries to leg and chest.
An ambulance was called to the scene and took the woman to an area hospital.
