A Glenshaw woman is facing charges in Cranberry Township after it’s alleged she attempted to steal over $500 worth of trading cards.
Police were called to the Cranberry Township Target on January 20 for reported retail theft and trespassing.
According to charging documents, 31-year-old Megan Hoover was seen taking boxes of trading cards into a cart and walking around the store opening the sets. In total it’s estimated she stole $524 worth of cards.
Hoover is also not allowed at that store location due to a previous retail theft accusation.
She has been charged with two counts of criminal trespassing, retail theft, and receiving stolen property.
A preliminary hearing has been set for February 20.
