Police responded to a shooting at a Concord Township home yesterday evening.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 5 p.m. for a woman in her 40s that suffered a gun shot wound to her leg. This happened at a home in the 900 block of Hooker Road.
The gun shot was accidental according to the caller; however dispatchers also say there was a domestic dispute happening at the home at that time.
Multiple police and EMS were called to the scene. The woman who was shot was conscious when crews arrived. She was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
Police have not released any other information. It’s not known if charges will be filed.
