Work is scheduled to move forward at an intersection in the Harrisville area.
Butler County officials received bids for work to happen at the intersection of Route 8 and Route 58—which is also known as East Mercer Street.
Crews will be replacing a crushed pipe under Route 8, which has been causing flooding issues.
There will also be rehabilitation to some of the sidewalks in the area.
The money from the project is coming from state Community Development Block Grants.
