WVU Medicine has announced the leadership structure at Butler Memorial and Clarion Hospitals.
Butler native Dr. Matt Schnur will continue as the President of Butler Memorial and Clarion Hospitals. He joined Butler Health System 15 years ago as a staff pharmacist, advancing through clinical pharmacy to Director of Pharmacy, and Vice President of Ancillary Services before transitioning to president last year.
Michael Fiorina, D.O., F.A.A.F.P., has been named chief medical officer, Mindy Dunkerley, M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N., will be vice president of quality and regulatory affairs, and David Rottinghaus, M.D., continues as president of the affiliated medical groups.
Thomas Albanesi will serve as interim chief financial officer while the System conducts a search for a permanent chief financial officer for Butler Memorial Hospital and Clarion Hospital. A chief operating officer is also being recruited for Butler Memorial Hospital and a director of operations for Clarion Hospital.
